I just got your email about the free range chickens. Eugene and I were just there the other week and I had the Risotto San Marzano. I really can\'t explain my thoughts as I was eating it.... but OMFG! I had leftovers and they were just as good as the day before! I have been telling Eugene that we have to go back this sunday so I can get that again! I missed my 4cheese and lobster dish- this is just as good!
So, thank you for showing me that the farm raised free range chicken is better than my Pick and Save chicken... not that I didn’t know that... but I had a way of getting it and tasting it! Once again you have out did yourself- simple and very tasty! Hope you are having a wonderful summer and will see you soon! hugs and kisses..."

- "We were in Seattle last week. There, as one might expect, we ate many of the special seafood dishes that lovely city offers. Almost all of them were very good. BUT, last night, we went to IL MITO, and found that its seafood dish (which name I forget but it was shellfish and calamari in a tomato bisque) was by far, superior. I am quite the shrimp aficionado, and these tasted bolder, fresher, and were more crisp than those advertised to be fresh off the boat in Seattle. My husband was served more bread (excellent as usual) so he would soak up the last drop of the bisque to eat. I don't usually order mussels, but those included with this dish were so good, I just may have changed my opinion of the little sucker. Bravo Michael"

What a WONDERFUL party you hosted for us on Sat evening!!! Everyone there had a wonderful time, enjoyed the food, especially enjoyed ChefÕs presentations and interaction, and many mentioned how attentive and accommodating all of the staff was. You all are a well tuned orchestra that clearly understands how to run such events and cater to your guests and customers. Several guests commented on how clear it is that Chef Feker enjoys his work. That is invaluable.
I know that you have gained many new customers from the evening, and for that IÕm glad for you. You are terrific and it was the best party IÕve ever attended let alone hosted. Thank you for all that you did individually and as a group working together, to make it happen.

Il Mito was a perfect choice for Joe's Birthday and we truly appreciate all the attention and the genuineness of your staff. It was a treat to treat our family to such a special dinner! We have certainly recommended it to our friends, and plan to come back many times-I can't even tell you what was my favorite to eat, (although the Tiramisu is my absolute favorite dessert ever- and YOURS is the best in the city!)
